Phil Parsons has lived in Cilcain with his wife, Angela, since 1988. Like many people in this village he has moved from one house to another without a thought of leaving the village. He now lives in Delfryn, Pentre Cilcain, the house which he and his wife designed and built in 1997. Apart from an interest in I.T. (computers!) he is a keen hill walker, enjoys cooking, wine, gardening, travel and vintage cars.
Phil was formerly Principal Trading Standards Officer for the County of Flintshire and now runs a business promotion and web site design business, Delfryn Design.
